Reduction of share capital :
Pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement for Reduction of Share Capital as approved by the Hon’ble High Court of Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur:
The paid up capital of the company shall be reduced from Rs. 7,48,94,000/- divided into 74,89,400 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up to Rs. 1,49,78,800/- divided into 74,89,400 equity shares of Rs.2/-each and that such reduction be effected by cancelling to the extent of Rs. 8/- per share i.e Rs. 5,99,15,200/- .
And that simultaneously with such reduction becoming effective the resulting 74,89,400 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 2/- each be consolidated into 14,97,880 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up by issue of one (1) equity share of Rs. 10/- each against 5 (five) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
